Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the day to day affairs of the petitioner's association without any reasonable basis including that of the petitioner's lawful, cultural and recreational activities in its premises at No.27, Saden Thottam, Coimbatore and after official permission of shifting of the club premises at No.4, Thopil Nagar, Maruthamalai Road, Navavur Privu, Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore.
