O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceeding dated 29.09.2003 of the second respondent, by which, the second respondent awarded the contract to construct Housing sites in Kalangatharan Kottai village, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivaganga District under the Samburana Village Employment Scheme in favour of the fourth respondent.

2. It is seen from the impugned order of allotment passed by the second respondent in favour of the fourth respondent that the contractual work has to be completed by the fourth respondent on or before 30.11.2003. Therefore, at this stage, whether there is anything survives for adjudication by this Court or not is not known. Today, there is also no representation for the petitioner. At the same time, it is seen from the typed set of papers that the petitioner has already given representation to the first respondent/ District Collector on 27.07.2003. It is also not known whether any Order has been passed by the first respondent on such representation given by the petitioner.

3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the official respondents if she has any grievance over the allotment of the contractual work in favour of the fourth respondent and if any such representation is given by the petitioner, it is for the official respondents to deal with the same in a manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
