This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.02.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking issuance of patta.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. There is not even a single document filed by the petitioner to establish his right or title over the subject property. What is available in the case bundle is only the representation dated 26.02.2024 and nothing more. Hence, considering the fact that there is not even a single prima facie material to establish right or title over the subject property, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
