This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time for appearance of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15196 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry by a period of 15 days.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, thereby time is extended by one week from the date on which, the order copy made ready to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15196 of 2025 and with a condition that the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt of the same shall be produced before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry at the time of execution of sureties. 24.10.2025 ssi To 1.The Union Territory of Puducherry rep by The Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D Police Station, Puducherry.
