This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service for affixing a copy of the notice to the 3rd respondent, whose address is A.R.Kothandaraman, S/o. A.G. Ramachandran, 33, T.K. Mudali Street, Choolai, Chennai 600 112, in some conspicuous place in the court house and such further or other orders.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this court is inclined to order substituted service to the 3rd respondent by way of paper publication. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the petioner is directed to take paper publication by 04.12.2025 in one issue of local news paper.

3. Post the matter on 05.12.2025.
