ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5(b) in the order dated 11.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24891 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been stayed at Erode and signed before the Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police and further he is staying at Erode for past 28 days and co-accused K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.19765 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24891 of 2025 ssi is appearing before the respondent police. Hence, he prays to relax the bail condition as imposed by this Court by order dated 11.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24891 of 2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24891 of 2025, dated 11.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Erode and report before the Town Police Station, Erode at 10.00 a.m., for one more month i.e., till 22.11.2025 and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified.
