praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's proposal sent by the 4th respondent, to regularize forthwith his services of the petitioner in the post of Assistant with effect from the date of promotion on 21.09.2015, granting all the applicable increments and pay the difference in pay up to date by considering the petitioner representation dated 14.03.2025 For Petitioner : Mr.P.Murali For Respondents : Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, Special Government Pleader

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's proposal sent by the 4th respondent, to regularize forthwith his services of the petitioner in the post of Assistant with effect from the date of promotion on 21.09.2015, granting all the applicable increments and pay the difference in pay up to date by considering the petitioner representation dated 14.03.2025 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ 2/4

petition, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal sent by the fourth respondent seeKing regularisation of the petitioner's services in the post of Assistant with effect from the date of his promotion dated 21.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
