O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 109 of BNS, r/w 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.195 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. This Court had already dismissed the bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25982 of 2025, dated 22.09.2025, by stating the following reasons:

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is involved in 14 previous cases.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the gravity of the offences and bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Today, 27.10.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail. 2/4

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner, submitting that the final report has not yet been filed.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking into account that this Court, by order dated 22.09.2025, had already dismissed Crl.O.P.No.25982 of 2025 filed by the petitioner, and this is the second bail petition with no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the same.
