This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 08.08.2025 and immediately transfer the patta in their names for the property situated at Survey No.6/1 part and survey No.6/2 part Block No.3, measuring 600 sq.ft. situated at Door No.13, West Coovum Road, Chinthadhiripet, Chennai.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
