Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.052716/W2/E3/2021 dt.22.5.2023 and the subsequent impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.063713/C4/E2/2024 dt.22.10.2024 and to quash the same and consequently directing the 1/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition with a liberty to file a Revision within a period of two weeks and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a Revision before the 1st respondent in the manner known to law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
