This writ petition has been filed for direction to the fourth & fifth respondents to sanction the entire pensionary benefits of the petitioner, including pension, gratuity, earned and unearned leave encashment etc. with 12% interest per annum from the date of his retirement till the date of sanctioning the pension and others etc. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth and fifth respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner seeking sanction of pensionary benefits such as pension, gratuity, earned and unearned leave encashment with applicable interest and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
