ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the bail condition ordered that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6937 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4041 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, he further submitted that the final report has been filed in this case and not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition modified by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6937 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4041 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified.
