ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 and pass Orders on the same within a stipulated time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that his wife and minor child were found missing from his house from January 2025. In this regard he had given a complaint on 01.03.2025 to the first respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite his complaint, no action has been taken by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal. Side] on instructions would submit that the complaint has been given to the Commissioner of Police and the complaint has not been given to the Jurisdictional police. He would

further submit that the address of the petitioner is also not properly given and he could be contacted for further enquiry. He further submitted that if a fresh complaint is given to the jurisdictional police, viz., G2 Periamedu Police Station, the same will be enquired.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to G2 Periamedu Police Station, the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, let proper enquiry be conducted.
