This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 874 days in filing the above S.A.S.R.165276 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has raised objection in allowing the petition.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 874 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned.
