ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.O.P.No.22564 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22564 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified.
