Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records comprised in the proceedings of the respondent in his Rc.No.4023/A2/2004 dated 24.06.2004 and to quash the said proceedings of the respondent dated 24.06.2004 and consequently directing the respondent herein to recognize the petitioner as the Secretary of the R.V.Thevar Memorial Girls High School.
