Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher/Junior Grade Teacher of the Middle School from the date of his appointment with all consequential service, monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher/Junior Grade Teacher of the Middle https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

School from the date of his appointment with all consequential service, monetary benefits.

2. I heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Raja Perumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.N.Umapathy, appearing for the 4th respondent.

3. By producing proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5211/Aa2/2003 dated 29.07.2008, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner was already appointed in Vikkiramangalam Kallar Higher Secondary School (BT Assistant - Science) and he was relieved from his service dated 31.07.2008 based on his application dated 31.07.2008 in the previous school. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
