The relief sought in the writ petition is to grant recognition to the petitioner's institution after conducting a proper inspection in accordance with the Section 14 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 and the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court held in St.John's Teacher Training Institute v. The Regional Director & Ors reported in 2003 (3) SCC 321.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.01.2004 passed in W.M.P.No.47058 of 2003, the Respondents have conducted inspection of the Teachers Training Institute of the petitioner and consequently, recognition has been granted to the Petitioner vide order dated 01.09.2004 and a copy of the same has been produced and placed on record.
3. Since the relief sought in the writ petition has already been granted to the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
