The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Rc.1037/2003 E1 dated 02.06.2003 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with backwages and all other attendant and other benefits. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. 3.This Court while entertaining the writ petition on 14.07.2004 granted interim stay of the operations of the impugned order dated 02.06.2003. Thereafter, on 23.11.2006, the miscellaneous petition in W.P.M.P.No.

23804 of 2004 seeking grant of subsistence allowance to the petitioner during the period of suspension was closed in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been reinstated in service. Now, after a period of nearly 13 years, I do not think that anything would survive in this writ petition against the orders passed by the respondent for adjudication.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
