2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15865 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court/District and Sessions Mahila Court, Perambalur, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
