This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Sholinghur Ranipet and to complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22608 of 2025, dated 14.08.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, thereby time is extended by one week from the date on which, the order copy made ready to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22608 of 2025.
