This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to forthwith sub-divide and issue patta for the property of the petitioner, measuring an extent of 0.27 cents comprised in Old Survey No.140/2, New Survey No.140/2A situated at No.61, Panayur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, then Kancheepuram District, now Chengalpattu District, by considering and passing necessary orders on the online Application of the petitioner dated 09.10.2025.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 09.10.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
