Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take necessary action as per the order passed by the State Human Rights Commission Tamil Nadu in S.H.R.C.No.4730 of 2003/STJ dated 05.08.2003 by constituting a peace committee among the petitioner and the respondents 7 to

13 and their family members for having permanent solution from them to put an end to the dispute prevailed among them at Mel Sivwallore Village, Kattavaram Palayam Post, Tiruvannamalai District and to submit a report to that effect with in a time bound manner.
