C.M.P. Nos. 25955, 25958 & 25959 of 2025 in A.S. No. 110 of 2020 Dr. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J.

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 309 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent / Chinnasamy in A.S.No.110 of 2020; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Chinnasamy and to bring the respondents 19 to 21 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as the respondents in A.S.No.110 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
