Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, to issue a direction, directing the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2024 within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court. O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2024, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners herein are the defendants 1 and 2 in the suit filed by the respondents 1 and 2 herein/plaintiffs seeking declaration and injunction and the same is pending from the year 2024.
3. A perusal of the remarks of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri would indicate that the issues in the suit have been framed on 10.11.2025 and I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 are pending.
4. Taking into consideration pleadings are already completed and issues have been framed, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
