This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by 1/4

the 2nd respondent in Ref No.4353 / IR / 2014 dated 27.03.2025. 2.

Though the petitioner has challenging the second respondent's order, this writ petition is not maintainable since there is appeal remedy against the said order. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed as non maintainable.

However, though the time for challenging the aforesaid order lapsed, considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to file appeal against the impugned order dated 27.03.2025 before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
