This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 97 days in representing the above Second Appeal in S.A. SR No.73842 of 2025 as against the Judgement and decree passed in A.S.No.12 of 2023 dated 27.11.2024 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 97 days is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
