Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to make the payment of Rs.24,88,803/- for tender work executed by the petitioner to supply, installation, commissioning of quality treated drinking water plant (RO/UV filtration) of 2000 litres / hour capacity as per the tender notification in P.D.T.D.C.No.A1/0119/2016 dated 14.02.2016 and the work extension order in P.D.T.D.C.No.A1/0119/2016 dated 18.02.2021 issued by the third respondent with interest for the delay based upon the representation made by the petitioner dated 25.03.2025.
