This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above Criminal Revision. Sr.No.78219 of 2025 against the order passed in C.A.No.15 of 2024 on 20.02.2025 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 30 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
