ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two months" in the date of order dated 11.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22463 of 2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22463 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
