ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order nd respondent, rejecting the petitioner's dated 28.09.2024 passed by the 2 application dated 21.09.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order on the ground that the impugned order is a non-speaking order. The petitioner has stated that the title deeds pertaining to the property stands in his name, but however the same has not been considered in the impugned order.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. As seen from the impugned order, no reasons have been given nd respondent for rejecting the petitioner's application, dated by the 2 21.09.2024 seeking for issuance of patta. Hence, the impugned order is a non-speaking order, and on that score, necessarily, the impugned order will have to be quashed and the matter will have to be remanded back to nd respondent for fresh consideration on merits and in accordance the 2 with law on the petitioner's on-line application, dated 21.09.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in his name.

5. Accordingly, the impugned order passed by the 2 dated 28.09.2024 is hereby quashed and this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- Page No.3 of 8
(a) The matter is remanded back to the 2 nd respondent for fresh consideration of the petitioner's on-line application, dated 21.09.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in his name in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. (b) In case if the 2 nd respondent decides that the petitioner is not entitled for issuance of patta in his name, the 2 nd respondent shall give reasons for rejecting the petitioner's application.
(c) The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by nd respondent within a period of twelve (12) the 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (d) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
