ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the difference in salary from April 2018 to 02.04.2022, as per G.O.Ms.No.303, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.303, 2/6

Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 11.10.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
