Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2022 within time limit 1/4

fixed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to rectify the Anomaly of Junior getting more pay than Senior and step up to an amount equal to the pay in the pay band as fixed for her Junior, in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 234, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 1st June 2009 (Rule 5).

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2022 within time limit fixed by this Court and consequently to direct the respondents to rectify the Anomaly of Junior getting more pay than Senior and step up to an amount equal to the pay in the pay band as fixed for her Junior, in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 234, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 1st June 2009 (Rule 5).

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2022 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving her opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
