The first respondent herein from convening the timing conference pursuant to the Timing Conference Notice issued in R.No.90581/A2/87 dated 15.07.2003 for implementing the order of the Regional Transport Authority, Erode dated 17.11.1988 allowing the application of the second respondent herein for the grant of two additional single trips between Tiruchengode and Salem in respect of Bus TN-33/D-4545 since replaced by TN-33/Q-2229 plying on the route Gobi to Salem.
