Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024 to take steps to measure and demarcate in respect of the property situated at No.37 Vanjore Village, Patta No.04 (N) New Survey No.122/12 to an extent of 2077 square feet of south portion of the property and 56 square feet of the roof tiled house property of land and building to substantiate the petitioners ownership over the said property in the name of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.12.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.G.Selvaraj, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.V.Vasanthakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader (P), appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents submitted that no application is pending with the respondents and that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation along with all relevant documents, the same will be considered by the third respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent along with relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the third respondent shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of fresh representation to be submitted by the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
