The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.09.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 329(4), 324(4), 296(b), 115(2), 303(2), 326(g) and 351(3) of BNS (147, 148, 448 New Section 294(b), 323, 379, 436 and 506(ii) of IPC) in Crime No.98 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. It is stated that learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that this petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6583 of 2025 before the Sessions Court and the same is also pending.
3. Considering the facts, that two bail applications are filed in two different forums and this Court is not inclined to grant bail at this point of time to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.10.2025 rna 2/4
