ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner in O.P.No.3417 of 2019 within a time fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the adjudication sheet produced in the typed set of 1/3

papers that the pleadings were completed with the counter of the respondent in O.P.No.3417 of 2019 was filed as early as 17-09-2021 and the original petition is pending at the stage of enquiry from 08-10-2021 onwards without any much progress. Even after the expiry of three years, the enquiry is still in the stage of cross-examination of PW-1.

3. Taking into consideration the said fact, the Court below is directed to dispose of the original petition as expeditiously as possible.

4. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
