ORDER

The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.11.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act in Crime No.712 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 03.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19836 of 2025 on the following reasons: "This Court, on taking into consideration that the petitioner is involved in trafficking a narcotic drug of commercial quantity and that his antecedents do not inspire confidence that he will not indulge in offences in future, finds that the pre-condition imposed under Section 37 of the NDPS Act is not satisfied in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

This Court dismissed the earlier bail application of the petitioner on merits and also considered the very same points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner and since there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioner 2/4

in Crl.O.P.No.19836 of 2025, once again revisiting the very same points is not permissible, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
