ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to proceed further on basis of the CSR No. 654 of 2025, dated 06.10.2025 and submit

2/4 report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam, Tirppur District U/s. 174 of BNSS Act.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he has given a complaint to the second respondent against the respondents 3 & 4, which was taken up for enquiry in CSR No. 654 of 2025, dated 06.10.2025. However, since no further action was taken by the respondent police, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint, after enquiring respondents 3 & 4, enquiry in CSR No. 654 of 2025, dated 06.10.2025 was conducted and closed on 07.10.2025. 4.Recording the said submission, this petition stands closed.
