State of Karnataka and request the committee to fix a fee for the MDS Course which will not be in the nature of capitation fee prohibited under the Tamilnadu Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Collection of Capitation Fee) Act, 1992 as far as the merit students who have been admitted to the MDS Course in the self financing colleges under the Single window system against 50% of the government quota seats are concerned.
