O R D E R
This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(i) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1448 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Puducherry.
2. The petitioners are accused in Crime No. 08 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 111 of BNS Act, 2023 and Section 66(C) & 66(D) of Information Technology Act, 2000 and they were in custody from 25.07.2025 and 08.07.2025 respectively and since the final report is not filed within the stipulated period, they have been granted bail by the Sessions Court, however while granting bail, the Court has imposed a condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each in Crime No.08 of 2025. Since, it is case of statutory bail, imposing conditions to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- each is onerous and therefore, this Court is inclined to delete the said conditions. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
