ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed in para no.7(b) in the above Crl.O.P.No.22742 of 2025 on 11.09.2025 by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22742 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
