O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed for a issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the appeal which is pending in reference No.Na.Ka.2510/ 2024/ Aa1 dated 23.08.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by the petitioner vide a registered sale deed dated 19.08.1987 registered as document No.712 of 1987. The property was purchased after availing loan from the State Government which was sanctioned through proceedings dated 15.07.1987. The grievance of the petitioner is that the adjacent owner, who purchased the property on the Eastern side was creating problem for the petitioner. The petitioner came to know that an error has crept in the revenue records which requires correction in order to resolve the dispute. Hence, the petitioner submitted an online 2/4
application dated 21.12.2024 to the third respondent to rectify the error that has crept in the revenue records. On receipt of the same, the second respondent had issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry. The petitioner also attended the enquiry along with original documents. However, there was no progress. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to proceed further with the enquiry in Ref No.Na.Ka.2510/ 2024/ Aa1 dated 23.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, they shall also be put on notice before the final orders are passed.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
