The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Principal Sub Ordinate Judge, Denkanikottai to dispose of O.S.No.699 of 2021 within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for partition against the respondents in O.S.No.699 of 2021.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the suit summons not yet served on the 4th defendant. Since the service of the defendants are not completed, this Court is not 2/4
