2. Today, a separate order has been passed for the Tax Period 2020 - 2021 in W.P.No.40498 of 2025.

3. In this case also the Petitioner has challenged a similar order dated 08.04.2025 passed for the Tax Period 2021 - 2022, I see no reasons to take a different stand in the matter.
