This Petition has been filed to direct the 2 nd Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation/enquiry and pass such further orders.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant/3 rd respondent pertains to a money dispute and hence, the same will be closed.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
