This writ petition has been filed challenging the communication dated 16.06.2025 on the file of the fourth respondent. 2.

The petitioner submitted application seeking appointment on compassionate ground. While the petitioner's elder brother i.e. D.Srinivasan was serving as Village Assistant in Kallakurichi District, died on 19.10.2021. He died as Bachelor and he had no Class I legal heirs. The petitioner, being the younger brother of the deceased and also dependent on the deceased brother, submitted application seeking appointment on compassionate ground. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent directed the petitioner to submit Form I, legal heirship certificate, combined certificate in form 2, birth certificate and declaration affidavit. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have submitted those documents to get appointment on compassionate appointment. 2/4

Hence, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the communication dated 16.06.2025 of the fourth respondent.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
