The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.113 of 2021, pending on the file of the District

Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Madhavaram. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been acquitted of all the charges by judgment dated 02.02.2026 passed by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Madhavaram.
