ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the representation dated 27.08.2024 and subsequently provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's house along with police aid protection of the second respondent while extending power supply to the petitioner's house.
2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a particular time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. The learned counsel for R1 and learned Government Advocate for R2 submitted that they have no objection for the said order being passed by this Court. 2/5
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Taking into consideration the factual aspects of the matter, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2024, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any police protection is required, the same may be provided by the second respondent while extending power supply to the petitioner's house.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There will be no order as to costs.
