Ms.Uma Maheswari, learned counsel representing on behalf of Mr.C.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel on record for the petitioner has made an endorsement to the following effect:- "In view of the subsequent order in W.P.Nos.21689/2015, 21693/2015, 21671/2015 and 21846/2015, on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, the above writ petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn"
3. Recording the same, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
4. Consequently, the interim stay already granted on 30.12.2003, which was subsequently extended on 20.01.2004 and further extended on 29.01.2004 until further orders is vacated.
